Order Processing Time All orders placed on https://klorexa.com are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Destinations Klorexa LLC currently ships only to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Damages, Lost, or Stolen Packages Klorexa LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If your package is lost or stolen after being marked as delivered, we recommend contacting the carrier and local authorities. Klorexa LLC will assist you in this process by providing necessary shipment details.
Incorrect Shipping Address It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address provided. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.
